Black Seed Oil For Normal Blood Pressure

Because often occurs silently without any symptoms so High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) has labeled “The silent Killer “, it is called this also because the disease can develop several potentially fatal complications such as heart attacks or strokes.

On many cases people don’t realized or unnoticed that they already had hypertension for many years, or even decades, this could happen when there are no symptoms, however some people with hypertension, may experience symptoms such as headache, dizziness, shortness of breath and blurred vision. Those symptoms presence could be a good thing, so they can prompt people to go to the doctor for treatment consultation. The use of blood pressure measurement tools could inform us closes conditions of our blood pressure.

There are several categories of blood pressure:

  • For Normal blood pressure is less then 120/80 mm Hg

  • For Pre-Hypertension is between 120/80 and 139/89 mm Hg

  • For High Blood Pressure is 140/90 mm Hg or above

Causes of High Blood Pressure

Often, person’s first contact with a doctor may be after significant damage to the end-organs has occurred, in many cases, a person brought to the doctor or an emergency room with heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, or impaired vision.

There are two forms of high blood pressure; essential (or primary) hypertension and secondary hypertension, the essential hypertension is the common condition and accounts for 95% of hypertension. There are several factors that cause of essential hypertension whose combined effects produce hypertension, while the secondary hypertension is often caused by a specific abnormality in one of the organs or systems of the body.

However, there are several factors and conditions may play a role in any forms of hypertension (High Blood Pressure) development, such as:

  • Obesity
  • Lifestyle with a lack of physical exercise
  • Salt sensitivity (too much salt)
  • Smoking
  • Alcohol consumption
  • Vitamin D deficiency
  • Older age
  • Stress
  • Genetics
  • Family history of high blood pressure
  • Kidney disease
  • Adrenal and thyroid disorder

As you recognized there are many ways and drugs to try to cures hypertension, some works and there are also many that just wasting time and money, because there just give zero result.

      i know kalonjy or bleck oil is very good treatment but i don't know how can dtreatment the man what kind of thinks will be mix with the oil for treatment please write to me alaways about the treatment by the all deises thanks
