Updated on May 25, 2011

Follow these steps and you will see dramatic results

1. Particularly useful sports are: running, swimming, various water exercises, cycling. Every day it is required to do special gymnastics, but if the cellulite is visible to an untrained eye, it is better to go to a specialist for consultation.
The daily diet should have sufficient vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin E. This vitamin influences blood supply to skin and it is found in vegetable oils and eggs. Besides this, your diet should contain a lot of vitamin C. It strengthens the connective tissue fibers. Eat seaweed, which also contain many vitamins.
Fish and cabbage strengthen connective tissue fibers, which prevents or hinders the development of her cellulite. Include more vegetables in the diet, bread with bran and green. It’s necessary to limit the alcohol consumption and smoking.

2. Diet of vegetables, fruit, and vegetable fat - Getting rid of cellulite has to start from the inside. Stopping consumption of fat is not a good thing. Vegetable fats, for example, are required to maintain skin elasticity, and amino acids from fish oil help destroy bad fats. You must follow a diet that contains raw vegetables and fruits, protein from nuts, seeds or soy beans.
Cellulite development is stopped by the consumption of lettuce, cabbage, greenery, rye bread, fish, and seafood. Avoid red meat consumption, especially fat, instead you can eat fish. Red meat contains a high amount of artificial elements and toxins. If you eat meat, poultry, remove skin and fat.
Limit consumption of dairy products. This causes the formation of a film that prevents the removal of fats and toxins from the lymphatic system.
You should also reduce the consumption of carbohydrates, especially refined sugar. Doctors advise you to drink as much liquids as you can – at least two liters per day. Avoid drinking Coke, also Diet Coke. Ness irritates the stomach and it’s a factor that promotes cellulite. Coffee is allowed, as well as green tea. Drink water; avoid cocktails and food substitutes or food or artificial additives, dyes and artificial sugar. They are not natural and they accumulate in areas with cellulite.
The diet should also include lecithin and vitamin F - the main ways to fight cellulite. The dose, the schedule of consumption and its combination with other foods is determined by the physician – it is taken into account each type of construction, nature of deposits of fat, lifestyle, professional effort and a lot of other factors.
You must know that individual experiments do not lead to anything good - a mistake can cause side-effects: overdose of lecithin leads to lower blood pressure.

But they rather have a maintaining effect, a prophylactic effect than therapeutic. In the early stages, when cells still preserves their ability to work, such means can stop the process of diffusion of cellulite. They usually contain caffeine, silicone, vitamin A, different yeasts, algae, components to normalize metabolism, increase skin elasticity, dissolve fat. One of the cellulite components used today are brown seaweed.

Cellulite creams eases the removal of liquids from fat tissue through the lymphatic system, increasing skin tonus. These creams are used very often during hot and cold packing: preparation applied on the body, evenly spread on problem areas, then the body is wrapped with a special film.
