Healing and Balancing of Chakras

I am a huge fan of Chakra Healing Meditation and alternative therapies associated with the 7 chakras of the human body. If you are familiar with the chakra system and its working, then you would not have any doubt in your mind as to if the Chakra Healing Procedure works or not. In this Hub I am going to briefly explain about how chakra healing works and some other terms associated with chakras like chakra balancing and chakra cleansing.

How to make the Chakras work properly?

According to ancient writings, there are 88000 chakras in the human body. However, the most significant ones are only 7. These Seven Main Chakras are located along the central line of the body, from the base of the spine to the top of the head (Please refer the Chakra Diagram above for the position of the 7 chakras). Since I have already written a hub on Significance and Location of the 7 Chakras and Diseases associated with them, I would not bother to repeat the information here. You may click the link and read the hub for meaning of chakras, their positions in the human body, diseases and conditions associated with them and their colors. When the energy flow in the body is balanced one can experience a better physical, mental and spiritual state. On the other hand, any imbalance or blockage in the chakras can cause diseases or negative conditions. Even small blockages in the chakras can result in the chakras not working to their maximum potential. For instance, an imbalance in the root chakra can make a person feel insecure or unsafe; an imbalance in the throat chakra can affect a person’s ability of communication and expression and so on. So it is essential to maintain a proper balance in the Chakras to stay healthy.

The terms Chakra balancing, chakra cleansing or chakra healing essentially means the same thing. These terms refer to the process of making the chakras functioning correctly by clearing the blockages in them. In other words, these terms refer to the process of aligning the energies in the human body so that they work together in harmony.

There are many techniques or ways used for clearing and balancing the chakras. Some of them are:-

  • color healing
  • food therapy
  • reiki
  • aromatherapy
  • crystal therapy
  • Chakracises (chakra exercises)
  • yoga
  • sound therapy (check out my hub on balancing the Chakras using Beej Mantras)
  • chakra meditation.

A qualified energy worker who is trained in reading chakras can help in identifying if these energy points in the human body are functioning poorly or balanced. He/she can also help in activating and stimulating the chakras to make it function properly using any of the techniques of chakra healing.

If you cannot afford to go to an energy healer, feel free to use the guided chakra healing meditation to feel the difference. I assure you, it's awesome!
