      @anonymous: The machine is meant for the feet. You wouldn't be able to put your spine into the depressions and it wouldn't be the way the unit was designed to run.

      hi. do i have to make sure i press the spine into the swing machine. only that seems to have more whole body movement.would be very grateful for a answer by the way im 73 years old and find the machine very relaxine christine

      I absolutely love mine! I have been using fine for over a year. I have been told it's good for all for ages. If you have back problems this is the machine for you! ;)
