The Joy I Find In My Room

"In my little space,

I earn my privacy.

Always --I make sure to keep it tidy,

because when I saw

the morning sun rays a light on my bed,

I wake up happy and contended.

In my room where I display my creativity,

I manage to make it look pretty,

because it lifts my spirit up

and takes away the gloomy."

Teenagers, parents, and professionals alike tend to forget their most important task --cleaning their rooms.

There are a variety of reasons why a particular individual skips this simple task: one, lack of time due to overwhelming responsibilities from external sources such as workplace or institution. Two, less amount of energy from school or work. Three, unhealthy social relations as well as family troubles. Four, being lazy and unproductive. Five, unhealthy body and weak immunity.

While this simple matter seems undisturbing to most, there are actually a number of bad effects you can obtain from it. Luckily, there are an equal amount of little things you can apply to avoid possible harms.

Five Reasons Why You Should Keep Your Bedroom Tidy

1. It Provokes A Healthier & Good-Looking You

The bedroom is where you begin and end your day so, it is necessary to keep it tidy as much as possible.

Developing good sleeping habits is a prerequisite towards achieving an improved and healthier lifestyle. If you want to employ a stronger, wiser, and youthful looking you –you need to practice good sleeping hygiene.

Sleeping in a messy bed aggrandizes low to high risks of adapting physical illness such as common flu, mild to moderate colds, dry cough, and even lethal conditions such as insomnia and other harmful sleeping disorders which destroys most of your cell making you look older and weaker.

2. It Eliminates Stress & Depression

The secret to a beautiful and glowing you lay in your bedroom. It is where you spend 80% of your time from playing games online/offline, studying and researching for academic assignments, creating stuffs, and everything else that interest you.

A handsome room provokes a gorgeous day by eliminating harmful toxins which cause stress and depression.

When you go all over the world for work, your dream vacation is your bedroom.

— Jack Antonoff

3. It Saves Time & Energy

You can skip the hassle of picking and stumbling upon a pile of dirty clothes on the bedroom floor and save more time by organizing your clothes, things, and other stuff in your room. Do not look for your pen under your bed, at the edge of your closet, or anywhere else around your room because it consumes a lot of your valuable time and limited energy.

Classify your stuff: put your used clothes in your laundry, hang or pile your clean clothes in your drawer/closet –divide them into categories if possible. Place your shoes in your shoe rock, you're reading and studying material in a table and keep your make up kit and other beauty products in one place so you will be able to locate them in an instant.

4. It Promotes Intimate Relationship

Isn’t it refreshing to wake up in a pristine environment especially when you are laying next to the one you love?

Admit it –it’s the best feeling in the world, right? For what else would you wish for when you can find total happiness inside your room; you see all you need to do is do a little cleaning and the magic will follow.
You’ll be excited for the whole day.

5. It Boosts Productivity

As the saying goes, “it all starts at home,” manifesting good sleeping and hygienic habits encourages your level of productivity. By spending five minutes of your time cleaning your room regularly stimulates the productive part of you which eliminates laziness and unproductive day.

Start cleaning your room, and you will be impressed by what magic it could do to your career –if you’re an employee or how it increases academic performance –if you are a student. It also boosts intimate relationship between lovers, family members and peers.

I always have good intentions of keeping rooms tidy. All starts well, then the busyness of life gets in the way, which necessitates tidy up operations at regular interviews.

Hi, sunshine tipod, I agreed. A dirty bedroom gathers germs, virus, and is an avenue of spreading diseases in the house.
