Cooling Carrot and Beetroot Juice

You have to definitely try this if you have low hemoglobin. For a more yummy drink, you may even blend ginger, lemon, and mint with the rest of the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • One small Beetroot

  • 2 Carrots

  • 2 Teaspoons of Sugar (optional)

  • 1 Glass Chilled Water

How To Prepare?

  • Wash both the vegetables.

  • Peel the carrots and beetroot.

  • Roughly chop them into cube-shaped pieces.

  • Put them together in a juicer.

  • Crush until you get a fine liquid.

  • Add sugar accordingly if the juice is not sweet enough. (I always prefer my juice to be mildly sweet)

  • Add water. You may skip this part if you prefer a thick consistency.

  • Strain the juice before transferring it to a serving glass.

  • Stir well and consume it immediately to retain all the nutrients within the juice.

  • When it comes to skin, intake of carrot and beetroot juice prevents signs of aging.
