Delicious Orange Juice

Nothing in this world can be as refreshing and as delicious as a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Oranges are available throughout the year and are amazingly beneficial to our health.


  • 1 Dozen Oranges

  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar (optional)

  • 1 Glass Chilled Water

How To Prepare?

  • There are many ways through which you can squeeze orange juice, by hand, with an electric juicer, food processor or blender.

  • Although seeds add a slight distinct taste to the juice and are good for health, you can always remove them before squeezing out the juice.

  • You can add sugar and water to the pulp if you wish to.

  • Lastly, do not forget to strain the juice before drinking it.

  • Black pepper powder can be sprinkled to make it more flavorful.
