Replace your Chips with Seaweed - A healthier, salty, crunchy snack
Dr Oz recently recommended ht guest replace her chips with dried seaweed. This salty snack has considerably less crunch, but also far less calories and grams of fat. I recently made the switch myself, and find that some of the seasoned options on the market are even tastier than chips. And no greasy fingers!
Best of all, seaweed is high in potassium, iron, calcium, iodine and magnesium and is one of the few vegetable sources of vitamin B-12.
Dr Oz Popcorn Recipe - Pizza Popcorn from Dr Oz
Dr Oz has a great popcorn recipe on his website for Popcorn Pizza, This salty snack can be made in your microwave with no oil and munched on without fear of overeating, as it is low in calories and fat.

Here's Dr Oz's Recipe for PIzza Popcorn
3 tbsp pop corn kernels
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
Pop 3 tablespoons of pop corn kernels in a brown paper bag in your microwave. (No oil necessary!). Remove bag from microwave and add the rest of the ingredients above. Shake until popcorn is evenly covered.
