5-Minute Daily Energy Routine
Keep Your Energies Humming
Keep your energies humming with this easy seven-step routine that unscrambles, and unblocks your body's energies! Developed by Donna Eden after years of using her "Energy Medicine" techniques on thousands of people, these are the seven steps that had the greatest effect on the greatest amount of people.
The techniques in this routine are simple yet powerful and so user friendly that you can even do them while sitting down. Make them a daily habit, think of them as your daily "energy vitamins" that combat the effect of the daily stresses that send your energies into a state of chaos. Even the busiest person can find five minutes. Do the routine while in the shower, on your coffee break, or anytime you feel tired, stressed, or need clarity. I added it to my morning stretches along with several other techniques from the book, "Energy Medicine For Women" and I can really feel the difference!
Making this routine your "energy habit" is like pushing a reset button that restores the natural flow of energy in your body, creating a healthier, happier, stronger you!

Do the Energy Routine With Donna
Not only does this book teach you all about the body's nine energy systems from a healer that can see them, but it also gives you techniques for working with the energies of your own body. Detailed instructions that help with numerous conditions such as, tension, headache, memory loss, pain, digestive problems, broken bones, and much more are given.
The nine energy systems that are covered are the Meridians, Chakras, Aura, Electrics, Celtic Weave, Basic Grid, Five Rhythms, Triple Warmer, and Radiant Circuits.
The Three Thumps
There are certain points on your body that when tapped with your fingers will impact your energy in predictable ways, sending electrochemical impulses to your brain and releasing neurotransmitters. Tapping these three specific set of points activates a sequence of responses that will restore you when you are tired, increase your vitality, and keep your immune system strong amid stress.
Do not worry about finding the precise location of each point, by tapping in the vicinity with several fingers you will hit the right spot. Always be sure to breath deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth while doing this routine.
Thump #1: Your K-27 Points
Tapping this point on the kidney meridian sends signals to your brain to adjjust your energies so you will be more alert and able to perform more effectively.
This exercise will:
1. Energize you if you are feeling drowsy
2. Focus you if you are having difficulty concentrating.
3. Flip your energies around if they have started flowing backward.
4. Help with dyslexia and other learning disabilities or any situation where you eyes shift rapidly from one spot to another.
Thump #2: Tarzan Thump
Tapping the area over the thymus gland awakens the body's energies, sharpens the immune system, and increases your strength and vitality.
1. Tap here when you feel bombarded by negative energy.
2. To boost your immune system when you are fighting a cold or infection.
3. To reset and strengthen your strength and vitality.
Thump #3: Spleen Points
Tapping points that affect your spleen meridian is a quick way to:
1. Lift your energy level
2. Balance your blood sugar
3. Bolster your immune system
The Cross Crawl
This is essentially an exaggerated walk that facilitates the crossover of energy between the brain's right and left hemispheres. This is particularly helpful when you are feeling physically or emotionally exhausted for no apparent reason, or when you feel worse after exercise.
The Cross Crawl will help you:
1. Feel more balanced
2. Think more clearly
3. Improve your coordination
4. Harmonize your energies
The Wayne Cook Posture
This technique unscrambles chaotic energy. Use it when you need clarity, feel overwhelmed, can't concentrate, are sinking into despair, or emotionally upset.
The Wayne Cook Posture can help you:
1. Untangle inner chaos
2. See with better perspective
3. Think more clearly
4. Learn more proficiently
The Crown Pull
A great deal of energy is processed in your brain and skull, but it can become stagnant if it doesn't release and move out through the energy center at the top of your head called the Crown Chakra. The Crown Pull is a physical stretch that literally opens this chakra so energy can move through it.
The Crown Pull clears the cobwebs from your mind by:
1. Calming your nervous system
2. Releasing mental congestion
3. Refreshing your thinking ability
4. Opening you to higher inspiration
The Lymphatic Massage
The lymphatic system moves both chemical and energy toxins out of the body. Unlike the circulatory system which has a pump to circulate blood flow, the lymphatic system relies on your movement to circulate the lymph. Toxins easily accumulate causing blockages in the flow of the lymph making it less and less effective in clearing toxins from certain parts of the body. Massaging the lymphatic reflexes stimulates the system so that toxins are removed more quickly and effectively. You can do this with or without a partner.
The Lymphatic Massage will:
1. Energize you
2. Send toxins to your body's waste-removal systems
3. Clear stagnant energies including emotional residue from your body
Energy Medicine For Women
This book gives you a detailed understanding of the relationship between your hormones and your body's energy systems and it teaches several basic energy medicine procedures for working with the hormones involved with stress and immune function.
Techniques are given to deal with such issues as, Menstruation, Fertility, Birth, Pregnancy, Menopause, Weight Management, PMS, Sexuality, Osteoporosis, and other hormonal challenges that women deal with at the various stages of life. I have added several of these techniques to the daily routine and I can really feel a difference!
The Central Meridian runs like a zipper from your pubic bone up to your bottom lip. Pulling your hands up the central meridian draws energy along the meridian line, strengthening both you and the meridian. Since this is one of the two energy pathways that govern your central nervous system, it can act like a radio receiver channeling other people's negative thoughts and energies into you. Never leave home without first zipping up your energies!
The Zip Up will help you:
1. Feel more confident and positive about yourself

3. Protect yourself from any negative energies around you
The Hook-up creates a connection between your central meridian (which sends energy up the front of your body) and governing meridian (which sends energy up your spine), bridging the energies between the front and back of your body and between your head and torso. End your routine with the Hook-Up or do it anytime your energies feel "off."
The Hook-up will:
1. Center you
2. often stop a seizure
3. Strengthen your aura
4. Increase your coordination
Tracing Your Meridians - For Maximum Benefit, Add This To the Energy Routine!
In this video Donna Eden shows you how to trace the 14 energy pathways (meridians) of your body. By tracing the meridians with your hands you are causing your energy to flow in the proper direction through each meridian. While this is not part of the Energy Routine it feels great so if you have a couple of extra minutes then add this to the routine. I have been successful in eliminating pain in just seconds by tracing my meridians!
