Focus On Fitness

Health care is a personal choice, and it should begin with how we take care of ourselves. Meet John Cook, author, teacher, physical fitness, endurance trainer, and sports competitor. His nickname is "The Fitness Crusader," a title he takes very seriously.

John's book "Evolve: Focus On Fitness" explains how you can improve your health, mental outlook, and overall physical strength through simple lifestyle changes. All you need is to develop a few good living habits, without diets, fads, or fancy equipment.

John's message is simple. Below are a few reasons why the time to do it is now.

Lack of activity...you've hit the culprit. I had been so busy the past two weeks that I did not have a chance to feel bad or low. This is especially true if what we do is meaningful to us.
