How do you lose weight fast? The million dollar question that has an very easy answer. If you really want to lose weight very fast then stop eating or eat only lettuce leaves and increase your exercise so that you are spending 2 to 4 hours a day in rigorous workouts - and then you will lose weight fast but are also likely to collapse from fatigue and lack of nutrition.
