This may sound really gross but it has worked for me.
Here's how it goes:
-Take a glass and fill it with warm water.
-Add 1 tbsp of vinegar
-Add 1 tbsp of salt
-Gargle(make sure you finish everything!)
Do this in the when you wake up, right after lunch, in the afternoon(3-4:00), and before going to bed.
Hmm, I've known about warm salt water gargles being good, but I've never heard of vinegar being added into the mix. Will try this out!! Thanks for answering this question silverink!!
