There can be many causes for yeast infections, but there are two things to consider---first, cutting down on yeast causing foods that you consume. Most yeast feeds on sugar, so sugar and carbohydrates must be cut down in the diet: stop sodas, white flour, white sugar, candy, sweet fruits such as oranges, potatoes, breads, cakes---you get the idea. Second, you must consume lots and lots of water. Water will flush out your system. Drink 16 ounces upon waking in the morning, and then try to drink another 3-4 sixteen ounce bottles throughout the day. You will have to keep this regimen up for 4-5 days to a week, and you should see results. lspryor

Eat and apply plain yoghurt, although that may be old wife's mumbo-jumbo.
Better still, go to the doctor and get some professional advice.
The above answers are good answers. I would add to those above that you could try yogourt with live cultures. Eating yogourt can help get rid of a yeast infection and eating it regularly can help to prevent a yeast infection. You should always check with your physician for a correct diagnosis.
sulfur soap. you can buy it anywhere. any brand of it will do.
Seeing a doctor to rule out other infections is important. You might not have a yeast infection, it could be another infection called bacterial vaginitis which is much like a yeast infection but is cured differently.
You will first need to cleanse your body out. Then you'll need to take probiotics and drasticaly change your diet.
