Whats your favourite motto and why?
The motto which I think is the best is "you need to die a few times before you can live".
I like this one...
"the first rule is to have an untroubled spirit, the second is to know things for what they truly are."
I like it cause it is like, dont approach things wanting an obstacle, or a negative outcome. But, when things go sour, know when its time to move on...and know what you deserve. Not only in relationships, but also in work, life, hobbies, and the way you treat yourself.
Never stop asking 'why'
Sometimes silence is the best conversation
I would like on my headstone for it to read that I was "Anything but ordinary!"
I believe in these 3 mottos strongly and live by them every single day. They are self explanatory:
I love this one:
"Live fast, die fun!"
I also love:
"If you want to be someone, be yourself!"
And finally I love:
"Nobody is perfect, and who wants to be a nobody?"
I like the motto, "Time does not stand still for anyone."
It will keep changing and with that hope, I get up and face the daily challenges.
I am a Christian, a wife, a mother of four, and my husband's girlfriend. There are so many mottos that I have tried to live by, such as 'hakuna matata', 'cartoons are short, laugh hard', 'do you really want to live forever', 'be a Nike and just do... read more

What is the best way to "live in the now"?I often hear about this as a means of de-stressing and improving the quality of one's life, but I often find it hard to do. My OCD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder don't help either. If you are able to, what's your secret?
