    Hello.
My training system is pretty basic, but effective. I train 3 times a week.
    - Chest and biceps on Mondays.
    - Back and triceps on Wednesdays.
    - Legs and shoulders on Friday.

Do not forget that I do abs every day. Furthermore, I use EMS System for training all my body parts. This, every day of the week.

plyometrics followed by a run.  Otherwise, very light weight lifting or some calisthenics followed by a run.

My favorite way is Jazzercise(TM).  I'm not someone that typically likes to exercise but after a bad car accident over 20 years ago, it became clear that I needed to do something to keep moving.  I stumbled upon Jazzercise  - a international dance aerobics program that has been around for over 40 years.

It's fun and that's why I stuck with it.  After several years of taking class, I became a certified Jazzercise instructor and now teach 7 days a week.  I'm in better shape now in my 40's than I ever was in my 20's.

My favorite way to work out is dancing for 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week. Actually dance-work out is beneficial for my weight-loss. I like dancing and this dance-work out piqued my interest to work out daily. I got dance work-out dvds - So You think you can dance and Bollywood Dance-work out. Both are effective, quite simple (step by step) and enjoyable. Combined with this work-out, I follow a healthy balanced diet.  Excessive working out and crash diet are a big No for me!  Thanks to this ideal combo, I lost a considerable amount of flab and weight and I am more healthy and active than before!

My favorite way to workout is to try to keep it interesting.  Doing the same thing all the time can get boring.  I like running on my elliptical trainer while I watch TV but I do not want to do it all the time.  Recently I have been switching the workout every week or two.  Recently I tried yoga, jumping rope, shadow boxing, biking on an exercise bike, playing the Wii sports games, and now I am working out on my elliptical trainer by running at a much faster pace than I normally would.

I have also tried different workouts that focus on building my arm muscles.  Sometimes I focus on difficult goals like doing one handed push-ups or running over 12 miles on an elliptical trainer.  However my favorite way to exercise is to bike to the beach during the summer.  I do not consider it a workout but it provides me with a lot of exercise and rock hard leg muscles.

My favorite workouts always have a mixture of weightlifting followed by some kind of sport, i.e. Basketball, Football or Soccer. I am a very competitive person, so I find my best workouts come when I am playings sports with others.

My favorite way to work out is TRX, because it is so efficient. it does both cardio and resistance training at the same time. for more info you can read my hubs about TRX. i like to focus more on total body workout, which TRX does with strong focus on my core.
