    Where do you draw the line between healthy and anorexic techniques to lose weight?

    as  far as techniques go, i wouldn't call any anorexic. to be healthy, a woman shouldn't eat less than 1200 cals.per day, a man less than 1500, unless monitored medically. as far as results, trying to go below a BMI of 18 would tend to put one in a category where anorexia might be considered
