Excellent tips, Chitrangada. The best tip of all is a positive mindset. We win and lose battles within our minds first and then later in the real world. That is why a mindset to take on any challenge by the horns is essential to get going. It does not matter if we lose or win later, but the mindset to keep going may make all the difference in adverse times. Thanks for sharing this article

    Chitrangada...
You've written a very good article.

It's often difficult to be mentally strong.

We are creatures of habit.  We like things to stay the same.

I know first hand that I must move forward and face those challenges in front of me and I do, but not without hesitation.

We definitely learn from our mistakes and make adjustments.

    That's life.

We do that from the moment we learn how to walk.

Sorry to know that you must be mentally strong...it is tiresome.

There are days you want to simply hide beneath the covers.

Yes, such moments keep on coming in life, when you have to consciously choose to be mentally strong. That is life! But, we have to believe that just as good times don’t always last, the bad times will also wither away.
Thank you for your comforting words.
      My best wishes to you.

What a wonderful positive message. I learned to have talks with myself when I feel the pull of a black cloud hover above my thoughts. I love the way you think, and this will help many people.
It would be wonderful if we ladies could have tea together one day.

Sending love and prayers your way, until we talk again.

These are good tips for keeping stress at bay.  Serving others also increases feel-good endorphins.  I find that doing kindness in any way helps to keep a positive attitude.  I enjoy painting rocks to distribute throughout the community.
