hand exercise

I know it's weird when you first read the title, but it helps you a lot. When it comes to typing for long hours or lifting heavy things, always watch for your hands. They tend to get tense and tight sometimes. i am not a doctor but I am speaking from experience. I type all the time whether schoolwork or writing a story or surfing the web, and my wrists get tight sometimes. My treatment is to roll my wrists around and do some finger stretches while I take a break from typing. My mom even told me to rub green alcohol and massage it in very well for comfort and take ibuprofen. However if pain persists, consult your doctor.

      You have pointed out something very important. We must exercise our hands frequently, so that they do not suffer from tension and stiffness. Simple stretch exercises do help. Closing and opening of fingers also helps. Nice and useful.
