I know it's weird when you first read the title, but it helps you a lot. When it comes to typing for long hours or lifting heavy things, always watch for your hands. They tend to get tense and tight sometimes. i am not a doctor but I am speaking from experience. I type all the time whether schoolwork or writing a story or surfing the web, and my wrists get tight sometimes. My treatment is to roll my wrists around and do some finger stretches while I take a break from typing. My mom even told me to rub green alcohol and massage it in very well for comfort and take ibuprofen. However if pain persists, consult your doctor.
