A Humble Thank you

Here’s the Secret to Job Satisfaction.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
Colossians 3:23-24, New International Version

Please forgive my biased, but this is written especially for nurses, doctors, policemen and women and teachers. I know you have the most difficult job because I spent ten wonderful years volunteering in hospitals with those special little angels, nurses.I have friends who are policemen and have been a teacher for over seven years. I know you have extremely difficult jobs and at times wonder if it is worth it. Let me share a secret with you: You are where you are because God put you there. That is where your special skills are needed. You are in the front line of society and performing one of the most important jobs in society.

I know most times you are not appreciated and your job is extremely difficult. When you fell exhausted or depressed, just think of Jesus at judgment day lovingly and proudly saying to you: Well done my beloved good and faithful servant. Come and enjoy your reward (eternity in heaven.). I wish I could be there myself to give you a big hug and tell you how much I appreciate all your hard work and dedication, but I pray this letter to you will do.

Prayer: My beloved Jesus el Shaddai (the Lord is suffient for the needs of His people) please give comfort and encouragement to all our magnificent men and women who so courageously dedicate themselves to helping others. When they are tired and depressed, please comfort and love them as only You can. In Your gracious name I pray. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

I agree with what I think you are trying to say, but I am not entirely sure what that is.

      Hi tirelesstraveler

What I am trying to say is we all experiance times in our proffesions when we feel our contibutions are not appreciated . Those are the times when it is good to stop and think that they are always appreciated by Jesus.

      God bless you
