Believe it or not this simple household item can be an amazing thing to have around the home. Here are some of apple cider vinegars medical uses...

  • It can be used to loose weight, pour some on your food as an appetite suppressant.
  • A skin irritation agent, place some on a cotton ball and soothe a bee sting or a bug bite.
  • It can be used to treat sunburns by rubbing it lightly on the effected area.
  • If you use a cup of vinegar and warm water you can use it to rinse your hair after you shampoo. The vinegar will add highlights to your hair and it removes soap scum and film.
  • 1 tablespoon full when you have the hiccups stops them instantly.
  • For irritated skin add 2 tablespoons to your bath water.
  • Gargling with vinegar will soothe a sore throat.
  • If you have a chest cold or blocked air passages add 1/4 of a cup to a humidifier.
  • To help with arthritis drink a glass of water mixed with two teaspoons of vinegar. It will take about three weeks to start working.
  • 2 teaspoons of vinegar will cure an upset stomach.
  • To treat a cold take 1 tablespoon 6 to 8 times a day.

      Apple Cider Vinegar is not homoeopathic medicine The name homoeopathic does not make a medicine homoeopathic. These are the things on internet that have earned bad name for homoeopathy.
