The importance of a good night sleep can't be over- labored .Good sleep helps rejuvenate the body and prepares the mind for the next day's tasks .However, there are people who see sleeping at night as an uphill task .Although some of them could be as a result of medical issues but most of them are self-inflicted .This is how some people make themselves shed tears before felling asleep.
Bed- There are people whose bed makes sleeping seem like a punishment .This people takes the wise saying "As you lay your bed so you lie on it" literally . It is difficult to expect a sound sleep in a bed that tortures the bone .
Attire to bed- The way some people dress for bed ,one would think they are preparing to enter the ring for wrestling . Tight fitting apparels would make it difficult for the body to relax enough to induce sleep.
Our worries - Almost everyone has a worry or two that borders them . At-any-rate ,carrying all this burden to bed is a recipe for sleepless night . For some people , bed-time is a period to go through the list of their detractors. I have even overheard a neighbor reciting the names of his creditors during bed-time.
Night bath - Some people for a variety of reasons do not take night bath .Nevertheless, the importance of a warm bath needs no further emphasis. It relaxes the nerves and prepares the mind for sleep .
Comfortable room- Comfortable room doesn't mean only top-range bedroom facilities, it includes removing everything that swore to keep us awake like mosquitoes and making sure the room temperature is not harsh . This makes sleeping easier .
Siesta- There are people who wake-up from siesta during dinner time . Unless the person is a child or exceptional ,this is practically kissing night sleep good bye.
