1. Exercise to Feel Younger

Exercising makes you feel younger

Just 10 minutes of activity every day can boost energy levels. While it may seem difficult to find time to exercise, everyone can squeeze in 10 or 20 minutes a day even if it means setting that alarm clock just a tad bit earlier.

2. Sleep to Feel Younger

Rest makes you feel younger

Sleep is important. Be sure to get at least 7-8 hours every night, although individual needs may be higher or lower.

3. Spend Time With Others to Feel Younger

Spend time with friends and family to feel younger

Being social and hanging out with friends and family stimulates the brain and encourages an active lifestyle (and we all know how important that is!).

4. Supplement Your Diet to Feel Younger

Supplements can make you feel younger

Our metabolism noticably slows as we age. Providing extra nutrients and antiosidants to fight off those pesky free radicals can make a tremendous difference!

5. Meditate to Feel Younger

Meditation can make you feel younger & more energetic

Taking personal time can help recharge the brain and energize the spirit. If meditation is not your thing, be sure to make "you" time. Relax in a warm bath, walk through a park, curl up with a favorite movie or book--whatever brings you peace of mind. We all need down time in order to let go of our cares and recharge our batteries.

You're only as old as you feel...
