- Some foods promote bad breath. Consumption of coffee, tobacco, alcohol, garlic, onion, cheese and ham is often responsible for the phenomenon.

- It may also be due to inflammation of the gums (gingivitis), a disease of the ear, nose and throat, and even periodontitis: a disease of the supporting tissues of dental caries or infection of the throat, tonsils and / or sinuses.

- Other health problems can also cause bad breath: gastro-esophageal acidity, stress (which dries the mouth), diabetes, angina, liver disease or kidney disease, or pulmonary disorders are sometimes to blame.

- Some drugs can dry your mouth and increase the risk of bad breath. This is particularly the case with analgesics, antidepressants, antihistamines, anti-inflammatory drugs, diuretics, muscle relaxants and narcotics.

- Your lifestyle can also be the cause of bad breath. Breathing through the mouth or swallow food without chewing generates odors. Incomplete digestion, fasting and aging can have the same effect.

I have had bad breath, lost my job due to it. Tried to find a new job but it's very hard once you stink up the office. I had tonsil stones and awful bad breath. My friend told me to check Oraltech Labs as it got rid of his bad breath and his post nasal drip. I've been following Oraltech Labs bad breath cure program for about 2 weeks now and I feel much better, also people are not avoiding me anymore so it seems to have cured my bad breath as well:-)

There is some new stuff that I learned here, especially the ones about sucking on juice of star anise and cinnamon. The wrist test is also accurate because I tried it myself after eating! Other things I do to get rid of bad breath is scrape my tongue with my brush during brushing.
