how to get the splits in 1 month
Do you want to get your splits in 1 month? Well don't fret. It is possible. If you follow these simply steps & do them 2 a day(:
Being flexible can help with a lot of things. If your a cheerleader flexibility is crucial especially if your a topgirl, being able to do the splits can help you pull scorpion, heelstretches, bow and arrows, scales, arabesques, and even havin your splits makes liberties look prettier(:
First:stretch everysingle day 2 times a day or it wont work!
Sit in a wide straddle, as far as you can, and feel it stretch, but not hurt. Now lean forward and put your elbows on the ground(if you can)if not go as far as you can & count to 30. Now sit up & take a deep breath. Now lean forward & reach as far as you possibly can(try & get your nose to the ground) Count to 30. Now sit up & take a deep breath. Now lean to your right side, try to get your nose to your knee & hold that for 30 seconds, and repeat on your left leg.
Now sit In a lunge. lean forward & hold that for 30 seconds. Now lean back & hold that for 30 seconds. repeat this twice. On each leg.
Now sit in the exact same lunge but grab your back foot & do the lunge forward and back twice & hold for 30 seconds, remember to do this for each leg.
Now slide as far as you can into the right splits & hold that for 30 seconds. Come up & relax. then go back into the right splits & hold that for 30 seconds again. Repeat this 3 times. On both legs.
Botabing. in 1 month you've got your splits. Which can lead to having your scorpion, bow and arrow, heelstretch, arabesque, scale and a beautiful liberty(:
