i want to tell about some tips for your fats and also i will try to tell about some exercise for your daily rotten by this you can loos your weight with in some days and if you apply this regularly then you seen that your weight going down day by day, now we start from some tips like foods and drinks which should be helpful in reducing weight.

What Disses Are Cause By Weight

i will try to tell about some disease which are life thread for human if he has gain his weight in this situation every time most of disease should be attach day by day with you and with passage of time you are totally involve in all disease which occur by weight gain.

so i want to suggest some tips for your life safe and also you should save from life threading diseases which are the part of this bad habit.so i will try to write problems which are related with weight gain i want to share with you.
firs of all the main problem which occur by this that is laziness by this you cant go any where and every time you want to sleep and you cant feel good by this every time and you cant run or walk.
i will talk some bad habits and problems and also disease with all of you in this page so first of all i want to discuss on Blood Pressure.

If you have serious health problems because of your weight, your doctor may suggest weight loss surgery or medications for you.In this case you and your doctor will need to thoroughly discuss the potential benefits and the possible risks.and then he can do every thing positivly and give follow up regularly

But don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

1. You have not set any goals to loose weight.Setting goals such as why you want to loose weight is important as it will guide you through your journey?Write down the reasons,how you want to achieve it,what is your weight loss target.

You lack motivation -What if anyone told you they would give you 100,000$ for loosing weight?Bet you would work very hard in order to loose weight.But as a result of lack of motivation, that’s why you aren’t working hard towards loosing weight.To increase motivation ,you can join weight loss contests/challenges such as those at healthy wage.com or dietbet.com.You can also increase your motivation by inviting a friend to exercise with you instead of exercising alone.

3. You are eating more food and exercising less -The main aim of exercising is to burn excess calories.When you eat more and exercise less,you end up burning less calories and therefore gain more weight

Extra fat around the gut is more actively recruited during times of energy need and thus may be easier to lose than fat on the legs and hips, explains Duncan.Further, because men tend to be larger than women, they tend to burn more calories doing the same exercise as women."If they both run at the same pace for one hour, the woman will burn 500 calories, for example, while the man will burn closer to 700 calories

The main problem is that this type of diet is too hard to maintain. Your body will be low on energy, causing you to crave high-fat and high-sugar foods. 32.You aren’t watching what you eat-Do you have a food diary?A food diary will help you track what your eating.If you ate a lot of carbohydrates last week you will see that in your diary and therefore reduce your intake this week .

33. You're eating the kids' leftovers-You don’t want to throw away food and therefore eat the leftovers with the belief its just some little food but it will in the long run have some an effect on your weight

You need healthy cells and muscles when you're losing weight because you don't want your body to start using muscles for energy, you want to be burning fat. Potassium-rich foods also tend to be low-fat and filling, such as baked potatoes, pulses, spinach and yogurt.

Blood Pressure: main cause which are touch with every time with a person that is Bp any person how is over weight he is fall in BP and for this he will get medicine for control his/her Bp and its my instruction that if any person who is getting Bp control medicine.its necessary that he get medicine regularly if he don't get irregular then its may cause Heart failure and if he get medicine again for control Bp then his Bp will not be controlled on same dose which he is getting then he will get high dose which instruct or prescribe by your Physician.


so its my suggestion if you have high blood pressure then get your medication on time.

FOOD for Hypertensive patients:-

patients who have hi Blood pressure they don't use any oily foods.that food which make in oil don't use and try to use only fish if you want to eat meet and mostly use vegetable in your rotten food.

oil and meet twice make colistrol in the body which make clots in the veins and arteries then the flow of blood stop or slow due to stop of blood in vain or arteries patient may cause heart failure.
