Every Accomplishment Starts With the Decision to Try & the Refusal to Quit

Writing is my passion. I have an undying thirst and quest in the field of writing. Some eat, smoke, drink or use drugs when stressed, I writ

So often in life, various people find it difficult to tread the right path, and at times it's hard to validate the mistakes made and the problems we encounter so that we can learn, grow, and live a positive life. However, life is too short to dwell on what might have been, and it is impossible to live without failing at something. Failure is not final which means it's not the end: it is the courage to continue to improve and achieve, accomplish the impossible with overcoming failures, mistakes, and disappointments that come with life.

Bear in mind that every time you put forth the effort, you give yourself a chance and an opportunity to be successful. Once you try, you take a risk and open a door for opportunities to come in. There is no sure formula for success; you just have to believe that you can, once you try, there is a possibility to fail. However, that should not stop you because determination fuel you to act and the key to success comes from being committed to your goal, the decision to try and the refusal to quit.

I have experienced many heartaches through life challenges, and though circumstances may be difficult, God doesn't give up on His plan for us, and if we don’t give up on trusting Him, we can become anything and accomplish anything. When we follow His lead, we are always prepared for success and will never miss an opportunity due to unpreparedness. There will be times when we find ourselves in a valley – a valley of decision. Although at times it may seem God is not there for us, know when we encounter challenging times OUR GOD is on His throne, and He will be there to see us through.

Most of us have dreams that we desire to fill, and we must not let our dream die by the wayside. If we call Him, God will help us fulfill our dreams and writes a destiny covering our lives. And when we trust Him enough to take Him at His word, we will find ourselves on the route toward the fulfillment of that dream. As you begin this journey be sure to humble yourself and seek to understand the pathway God is taking you. Know that fulfilling your dreams won’t come easy as nothing worth having ever comes stress-free or without opposition.

The path that takes us to the dream we so desire to fill is always wrought with thickets and thorns. And so, as we travel the journey and follow the Lord lead, we will at various times, find ourselves confronted with trials, but fear not God allows the travel to be difficult so He can prepare us for our place of promise. We all have weak spots and areas of inconsistency in seeking to fulfill dreams. Therefore, we must always set goals and make strategies for achieving them. If we want to achieve success, we must still have self-discipline. Also, we must understand the definition of perseverance: refusal to quit and to keep on trying.

Although, it is hard to find the correct balance, especially during hard times and when things seem impossible to overcome, there is always a way out. Two questions that we should always ask ourselves is - how can we overcome many challenges in life, and how do we turn a feeling of failure and defeat into victory? The answer lies in one's resolve to be persistent to succeed and by ever living up to the decision to try and the refusal to quit.

Thus, believing in yourself and your goals works with positive thoughts and planning to support the accomplishment of your goals. I honestly think that anyone can overcome failure because deep down within each one of us there is a burning desire that reigns unbeatable. So, we must not quit, but keep trying. One of my favorite quotes on impossible is, "Impossible is just a word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing." – Muhammad Ali

Goal setting is a process in which an individual think about their ideal future. However, when a person knows precisely what they want to achieve in life, it is easy to set goals and quickly spot the distractions that would lure them away from their course. Moreover, when we set goals, it gives our life direction, and it also promotes motivation and self-confidence. If you plan to live the life you desire goal setting is a powerful method. If anyone is reading this article anything like me, you OBSESSED with planners and your planner makes or breaks your productivity. And I think others should be too, because we accomplish our purpose by setting goals, it helps us to feel in control over life’s chaos. If we want to achieve success, we must always outline and meet our goals. Also, we must discover perseverance: refusal to quit and to keep on trying

Before you create two paths in life called honesty and dishonesty, there is one thing you should always bear in mind. It is better to try with failure and be honest with yourself than being in denial and fool your way through. A life without making mistakes is no life. It can merely be termed as existence without purpose and direction. This means, as humans, it's always necessary that we appreciate this fact by learning from our mistakes. When we learn to recognize our mistakes for whatever they are; grievous or straightforward, we will always endeavor to turn them into success and greatness.

Failures are the results of errors that are painful & that stem from a lack of knowledge. They are pains that can stick with a person for a lifetime. However, one of the benefits of making mistakes is that they act as a beneficial way of learning. Remember, every accomplishment of success starts with the decision to try and the refusal to quit.

However, one thing that we should always keep in mind is that the journey towards the accomplishment of success starts with a desire to try and the refusal to quit. It is high time that we realize that the roadmap to success, greatness, and realization of our potential is dependent upon our self-drive, actualization and the validity of the dreams we seek to achieve. In fact, every goal is valid. It all depends on one's resolve to make it.

Some people achieve enormous success quicker than others, because of which other people make a mess of their lives by cursing their own shortcomings. There’s an old proverb that says you cannot get the better of a man who refuses to quit, and it is as accurate today as when the words were first voiced. Failure is an effort that comes with disappointment, but the ability to keep trying is a quality that can turn it into possibility and success. Failures are only stepping stones to move forward and the process of eliminating ways that won’t work to come closer to the ideas that will. The accomplishment of success starts with a decision to try and the refusal to quit.

To try, and then again, and yet again, is to refuse to quit, only to walk the path that leads to achievement. As we tread on the journey of life, we will always meet the difficulties which are inevitable, however, in such testing times a desire to succeed coupled with a determination to keep trying is all that makes the difference; whether we succeed or fail. Many people never come to realize why they fail to achieve their dreams and goals, but it is always because they lack self-conviction to help them move forward & turning their fears into hope.

Self-doubt is self-affliction that will always be a recipe for failure. Without a doubt more than any other quality, perseverance is what gets our goals within our reach, lets us be dominant of our talents, and that turns our dreams into a living, breathing realities. Remember that although the journey in life is rough, we must always keep in mind that every accomplishment of success starts with the decision to try and the refusal to quit.

Marlene, thank you for your reply. Excellent tip, believing in yourself will allow the brain to tell a person he or she can do anything. Believe in yourself, and the rest will fall into place. The mind can be the best asset or your biggest enemy. It works wonders when it the biggest asset.
