Belly Aching – Quit your pain

We all go through this common sickness of stomach or bellyache. . We wonder how it happened and why. We assume so many things to it, the foods we eat or ate. What went wrong with this tummy, which hurts terribly? Gastrointestinal disorders plague millions. Some are more serious than others. But all can be painful, embarrassing and tricky to diagnose and treat. So how do you know if your stomach ache is the result of a pathogen, and overindulgence, stress, and allergy or a disorder?

Irritable bowel syndrome is one of the toughest disorders to diagnose and treat. Your belly aches, bloated and you have constipation or diarrhoea. Tests show as normal and there’s nothing wrong. Sometimes tests rule out other possibilities but diagnosis is based on the symptoms. If your diagnosed with IBS, there are many dietary changes related to it. Eating more fibre is one of the sensible things to start with and it has no harm. There are medications such as antibiotics to reduce bacteria present in the intestinal tract or probiotic to shore up healthy bacteria.
