    I never had the purpose of becoming a vegan either. It happened as a natural result of my yoga practice and the need of being healthier. I don't eat meat for many years now, and I feel wonderful! Let's not forget that meat is not affecting only our physical body, but also our karma. A diet with fruits, vegetables, cereals, water and natural juices will make you feel strong, light and happy!     This is great - yoga helps us to be more mindful of every aspect of life, and the food and supplements we use are so important to include in this mindfulness. I've noticed as my practice has progressed my body asks for more raw food and I've naturally eaten less and less animal products. I didn't intend to become vegan, it just sorta happened. However, I'm not so strict that my diet is a deprivation, rather I listen to what my body wants, and feel healthier for it.
