Unlike most protein shakes that I've tried, Jillian Michaels whey protein powder doesn't have a strange after taste and that's probably because it doesn't contain artificial sweeteners. I have a sweet tooth that's hard to control, but one of these yummy chocolate shakes keeps me from snacking on my biggest weakness...Oreos. I can drink one of these shakes instead of eating a cookie or candy bar and feel completely satisfied. One reviewer compared it to NesQuick, but I think the Jillian Michaels protein powder tastes a lot better than NesQuick. JM whey protein shake is flavored with all natural coco powder, where most chocolate drinks and shakes have artificial flavors.

I highly recommend the Jillian Michaels protein powder in Triple Chocolate for anyone who loves chocolate and needs a healthy snacking option to curb their sweet tooth.

I don't like vanilla, not even vanilla ice cream, and was not the least bit excited about trying the Jillian Michaels protein powder in vanilla, but I had no choice when our local store was sold out of the chocolate. I decided to give the vanilla a try and was pleasantly surprised. I mixed it into a glass of 1% milk and couldn't believe how much I liked it. It smells and tastes just like yellow cake batter.

The vanilla is a nice option for those who don't like chocolate or for anyone who wants to use the protein powder to make fruit smoothies or would like to mix it into food. You can eat a bowl of your regular breakfast cereal (I eat it with Frosted Mini Wheats) and sprinkle some of Jillian Michaels protein powder on top for some added protein and fiber. I've also read that some people mix the vanilla protein powder in orange juice to create a shake that tastes like a creamsicle.

      I LOVE JM SHAKES!! I have been drinking 2 shakes a day and eating a high protein dinner for 8 months and have lost 70 lbs. My fave is the Triple choc and I mix it with Silk Almond original milk. Very satisfying and filling.
