John is a pescatarian, which in a nutshell means that he's a vegetarian who also eats fish. Protein is very important in John's diet, which besides fish, includes oatmeal and eggs.

He believes that if you're going to eat meat, "stick to white meat if you have to." John believes that cholesterol levels are dangerously out of whack these days, which is why he limits himself to low-cholesterol foods.

The John Abraham diet plan requires people to largely eat vegetarian, and that may be difficult for some people to do if they're used to eating meat. However, emphasizing white meat such as chicken and pork in the diet is an acceptable trade-off.

John Abraham Workout Routine

The John Abraham workout routine is combination of cardiovascular training and body weight exercises. "Being too lean is not too nice," he says.

John believes that strength training and cardio are important, and to that end, he runs, uses elliptical machines, and does plenty of cross-training exercises.

In terms of body weight exercises, there are plenty of them included in the workout. Pull-ups, squats, crunches, leg lifts, and bicep curls are just a few.

John feels that it's important for men to have good legs as well as good abs and arms. His workout focuses on working the whole body and it definitely shows in the movie Dotsana.

      White meat contains less fat and fewer calories than dark meat, but the differences are just small. I totally agree with John that men should have good legs. I find them more attractive!       i have started bodybuilding by observing you since the day you came in industry and i do the righttraining with proper diet, squating deadlifts bench pullups are my favorite exercises, each time i see you i get more weights on gym..... thamks john... now i think its better to love yourself than doing otherthings..
