Juicing Recipes for Weight Loss

Juicing has always been a favorite hobby of mine. Every since I felt how much energy and vitality you can get from a single glass per day, I was hooked.

Here are some of my favorite juicing recipes for weight loss.

Simply replace a meal or two with one of these amazing juicing recipes and see the weight fall off!

Berry Blast

This smoothie is berry delicious :). I drink this every weekend with lunch.

2 cups raspberries
2 cups strawberries
2 apples

Serve immediately.

Super Health Smoothie

Here is a complete juice that will supercharge your health! It gives your body a full spectrum of vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants. And it taste really, really good!

1 Tomato
1/4 Cucumber
1 Carrot
1 Celery stalk
1 Handful Spinach
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Cup Cabbage
1 Green Onion

Serve immediately.

Apple Refresh

This is a great refreshing, and simple, juice you can make at home. I absolutely love this on a hot summer day!

2 green apples
1 ripe banana
1/2 orange peeled

Serve immediately.

Kiwi, Canteloupe and Banana Party

If you like kiwi and cantaloupe you are going to go bananas for this (which just so happens to be our next ingredient!).

1 firm kiwi fruit, peeled
1/4 cantaloupe, with skin
1 ripe banana

Serve immediately.
