      I rely on blended drinks to get extra servings of fresh fruits and vegetables quickly without having to do a lot of cooking, chopping, steaming, baking, or peeling. I can add a handful of chopped frozen spinach to any fruit smoothie; that simple move adds nutrient density without strong flavor, plus a full serving of vegetables immediately first thing in the morning.
