Lose Your Weight Without Losing Your Mind
These are some tips that can be followed to burn fat:-
1. Drink warm water the first thing in the morning to burn fat.
2. Avoid crash dieting. Eat at regular intervals but in small quantities.
Ever heard of a Camel storing water in it’s body? That’s what our body does too. The body demands food when kept starving for too long. When
you put food in, the body stores food. This stored food converts into fat/cellulite.
3. If you eat something starchy or unhealthy, drink warm/hot water over it to so as to dilute the effect of fat.
4. Do not drink water while taking a meal. water slows down the digestion process which eventually accumulates fat.
5. Try to avoid the intake of carbohydrates after 7 o’ clock in the evening.
6. Avoid drinking milk late at night. Milk has natural sugar in it called Lactose.
7. Avoid chewing gums and drinking from straws.
8. Do not mix protein and starch in your diet such as Beans (rich source of protein) and Rice (starch).
9. Green Tea as we all know is an excellent source of burning fat but if taken in the morning empty stomach gives even better results.
10. Start working out the first thing in the morning for at least 30 minutes to about an hour to burn fat quickly.
11. Sleep for atleast 7-8 hours a day. The body will burn fat easily only when it’s at ease.
12. Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated all the time.
13. High intensity Cardio is the best way of burning fat.
