No more soda
Soda is probably very hard to give up due to the sugary carbonated fizz that everyone loves. This sugary drink is not only causing weight gain but also causes skin problems such as acne, which no one is a fan of. On top of that, it is slowing rotting your teeth away slowly as you drink it. The acids and sugars in soda are breaking down your enamel which you can never get back. Soda is so harmful to teeth, studies showed it could break down lime, calcium, and many other chemical elements.
Do you need a soda with every meal?
Cup of water
Water is essential
Replacing soda with water alone you will see your skin clear up and your stomach will shrink. Also if you are looking for flavor you can simply add fruits such as lemons, oranges, or strawberries. Adding to that it is recommended that the daily amount of water is 8 glasses a day. Water will definitely quench your thirst and hydrate you far more than soda.

Track your results
In order to not feel discouraged it's recommended you track your results. One way to see your progress is to simply take weekly or monthly photos to see a difference. Besides that try keeping a journal writing down changes you see and feel in your body. Also, write your goals and check them off as you conquer them. Lastly, stay motivated by writing down what you have done so far and what you plan to do in the future.
Reduce meat intake
Yes protein is needed, but protein is not only found in meat. Yes you can still eat meat; you will simply need to cut the portions in half. You can also find protein in nuts, cheese, whole milk and eggs. Be sure to intake your protein in a proper serving size according to your diet goals.
You do not have to make this activity strenuous. Simply walking for 10-15 minutes a day can greatly improve your results. This is also an easy calorie burner that anyone can do. You can also make this activity more challenging by walking up and down a hill for more resistance.
The reason you are craving can stem from several things. Some of those reasons include stress, hormone levels, diet, and vitamin deficiencies. To stray away from these bad habits and cravings go toward healthy light snacks. Some snacks you can choose from is a proper serving size of nuts, ice, fruit, or popcorn.
How to maintain your results
Once you have finally reached your hard earned results, you will come to the point of maintaining. Maintaining is when you don't sabotage your work by neither gaining or adding. This can be done by sticking to a strict diet and exercise regimen. Your exercise regimen doesn't particularly have to be overly strenuous, it could simply be a 1 mile walk with a friend or a 10 mile bike ride.
Tiny waist secrets
With exercise we want to burn as many calories as possible. You want our goal for exercise to strictly be fat burning and not muscle building. With that being said we want cardio and not weight lifting. Be sure to set a playlist, stay focused, and do as much as you can without physically hurting yourself. The key is to stay motivated which may mean you'll need a personal trainer or working out with a friend to make the workouts easier.
