Blast That Belly Fat Away

One of the least desirable aspects of being overweight, even slightly, is that ugly, bulging ring of belly fat. You can't get away from that bulging ring of flab - all you can do is try to hide it!

Hiding belly fat under layers of loose fitting clothing is easier during the winter months - but spring is on the horizon. Wouldn't it be great to wear your warm weather clothing without being self-conscious?

This report will identify some healthy, but fast, belly fat targeting diets, that will help you get rid of your mid-waist bulge. Along with a regular exercise program, you will be in very good shape for the warm summer sun.

Fast Belly Loss Diet Secrets

Quick Diet #1

Whether fast or slow, the secret to losing belly fat starts with a diet and eating the right foods.

The first diet targeting belly fat and quick weight loss, consists of low fat yogurt, raw almonds, tossed salad (with lettuces and tomato) with oil and vinegar dressing, one skinless chicken breast, salmon, 1 egg, 1 sweet potato and lemon, baby carrots and berries, either fresh or frozen. For beverages, water and green tea are recommended and coffee is allowed.

This is a one day diet plan, which can help the average individual lose between 3 1/2 to 4 pounds. This is a completely salt free diet, where the fast weight loss is attributed to losing retained body fluid. You will also notice that these are all very healthy foods which will provide good nutrition.

The foods are basically divided into 6 meals, the three main daily meals along with 3 snacks, mid-morning, mid-afternoon and evening. Following are the exact meals broken down for you. Note some substitution is allowed, within the same food group and amount:

Breakfast consists of 1/2 cup of fat free yogurt, plus 1/2 cup of berries with a small touch of ginger, washed down with 10 oz of water and a cup of green tea.

Mid-morning Snack, is 15 unsalted, raw almonds, 10 oz water and another cup of green tea.

Lunch is 3 oz of broiled chicken (plain), with 3 cups of salad, including 1/2 tomato, romaine lettuce and a half of a green pepper and lastly, oil and vinegar dressing. All finished off with 10 oz of water and a cup of coffee (black).

Afternoon snack consists of one hard boiled egg, 6 baby carrots, 10 oz of water and one cup of coffee (black)

Supper is a delicious 4 oz portion of salmon glazed with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, dill and lemon, 2 cups steamed spinach, 1/2 cup baked sweet potato, followed by 10oz water and a cup of green tea.

Evening snack is 10 almonds and 1/2 cup yogurt and 10 oz water.

This diet not only facilitates rapid weight loss but is effective in trimming the belly as well. It can be used for longer periods of time if desired, and combined with a routine exercise plan can lead to a slim and trim body come summer time.
