To start this meditation write down the following three phrases.
“I am become healthier everyday day”
“I can heal my own person”
“Balance is the key to a healthy life”
As you write these down, simply muse over what they mean to you and write a corresponding phrase. For example after “Balance is the key to a healthy life.” you might write “I need to spend more time with my family.” or “I should take more breaks at work for some physical movement.” This helps jumpstart the brain for the meditation process to come up with solutions to help bring health back to your life.

Moving Through Your Meditation
As you slip deeper into a meditative state your brain will start to shuffle around all your responsibility, some of it will be apparent to you and other things will go on deeper in our subconscious. As always just observe the thoughts, you need to do no other work than keep your mind still of judgement. Picture a white healing light filling your body slowly, starting from your core and working itself throughout your whole body. This picturing of healing light is a key component, you are filling your body literally with positive energy.
It is not necessary to write down what you experience during your meditation but it can often be very helpful for individuals who like to see things down on paper for further organization. If you take this route write things down first without judging their importance. Just all the different ideas that went through your head that stick out. Afterward look them over and decide on which you would like to purse to increase your happiness, which is what meditation for health is all about.
