      I cut down on gluten and cut out sugar -- and high fructose corn syrup. That boosted my immune system a lot. I have herbs and viatmins that I take after seeing a nutritionist (who is also intuitive). I used to feel like I alays needed a nap. After two months of this I am going strong.

      I mix a packet of Emergen-C with lemon tea whenever I start feeling something come. It's been a few years since I've actually gotten "sick-sick". And it was in Vegas... probably just my body getting it's retribution for the copious amounts of drinks I partook :P

      Great lens. Those are some helpful tips. I will try them out the next time I ge a flu. I also think it's best to make some of these things such as juicing a part of your life, so you won't get the flu in the first place! Thanks.

      Peace in my relationships seems to be a big one. A stressed relationship can drag me down pretty quick. I enjoy tea but haven't tried Amolo yet.

      Terrific Lens! 5*...The way I stay healthy is by incorporating to my daily diet fresh minced garlic and probiotics found in yogurt. I'm also going to try the amolo tea you mentioned.

      I haven't tried some of the methods that you're talking about, but juicing, hydration and rest are great ways to at least stabilize our systems. If I feel like I'm starting to get "virusey" (pardon the word corruption), I drink V-8 juice. I take the "low sodium" version and it genuinely does boost my immune system. I recommend it to people who typically get a cold one or two times a year.

      I drink plenty of orange and grapefruit juice every morning, eat healthy, and have only had 1 cold in the last three years. If I do feel something coming on, I take an extra shot of juice and if necessary I take some Airborne. ALmost always does the trick.
