Best Natural Flu And Cold Remedies for 2014

Updated on August 20, 2014

Boost Your Immune System Now And Be Ready For The Flu Season

Now more than ever, it is imperative to understand what makes the immune system strong. This lens will show you how to naturally strengthen your immune system. If the seasonal flu, the Swine Flu, or a full-on pandemic comes, your immune system will either stay balanced throughout or recover very quickly.

Becoming self-informed about your health is imperative as governmental agencies begin to rumble about mandated vaccines. Vaccines can be extremely harmful to the system and ultimately weaken the immune system.

These natural remedies work. Two years ago, I went to India. I was the only one in my group NOT to get sick. I've continued to take these products and haven't had a bout of flu or cold since then.

Very useful! Just like many others who have commented here, juicing and increasing my natural vitamin C intake are two amazing anti-flu options I rely on. Nothing beats natural immunity boosters!

I cut down on gluten and cut out sugar -- and high fructose corn syrup. That boosted my immune system a lot. I have herbs and viatmins that I take after seeing a nutritionist (who is also intuitive). I used to feel like I alays needed a nap. After two months of this I am going strong.

I mix a packet of Emergen-C with lemon tea whenever I start feeling something come. It's been a few years since I've actually gotten "sick-sick". And it was in Vegas... probably just my body getting it's retribution for the copious amounts of drinks I partook :P

I haven't tried some of the methods that you're talking about, but juicing, hydration and rest are great ways to at least stabilize our systems. If I feel like I'm starting to get "virusey" (pardon the word corruption), I drink V-8 juice. I take the "low sodium" version and it genuinely does boost my immune system. I recommend it to people who typically get a cold one or two times a year.

      Great Lens!
