Mindfulness is a powerful personal practise based upon meditation, the acceptance of the "now" and the separation of the true "You" from your "thinking" self. Your thoughts are not you, they are just thoughts. When combined with cognitive therapy techniques (MBCT)it can be very releasing and empowering, particularly in stress reduction and life management or whether you feel that you need help in overcoming a current concern, just want to feel better about yourself or simply want to get more out of life as a person.       As a hypnotherapist I teach all my clients a 5 mionute mindfullness meditation process and it still amazes me how much they get from it considering it only takes a short amount of time. Great for imsomnia too.

      I have never heard of MBCT but it seems to make sense.
