Updated on October 24, 2016

The Natural Health Benefits Of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has been called one of Mother nature's perfect miracle foods. Traces have been found as far back as 3000 B.C. in Egyptian urns, Julius Caesar and his army used a ACV tonic to help fight off disease. You can even find it mentioned as an antiseptic and healing agent in the Bible.

Apple cider vinegar has been known around the word for its Powerful Natural Health Benefits. Now to be clear not all apple cider vinegar is the same. To benefit from the natural health benefits it is important to use raw unfiltered and unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. The process of making raw unfiltered ACV begins with fresh crushed apples which are stored into wooden barrels.

This helps boost the natural fermentation of the apples. Unfortunately, many producers of ACV distill their vinegar to make it clear. By distilling or pasteurizing it destroys all the benefits you get from ACV such as

Potassium: Potassium is the mineral of youthfulness and is one of the most important to our bodies. Without it we would not have life. Millions of people suffer from potassium deficiency mainly due to poor health choices. Potassium deficiency has been a proven contributor to many illnesses, from: Arthritis, kidney stones, atrial fibrillation, adrenal insufficiency, Celiac disease, high blood pressure, Alzheimer's disease, lupus, Crohn's disease, stroke, and many more.

Phosphorus: Phosphorus is an essential mineral that helps the cells throughout the body function normally.

Natural Sodium: Natural sodium is not the same as your table salt ( Sodium Chloride ) which has been heavily processed and stripped of 99% of its minerals. Natural sodium is the main ion and electrolyte and is essential to our bodies.

Silicon: Silicon plays a vital role in assisting calcium in the growth and maintenance of joints and bones. It also helps the body maintain health skin, hair, and nails.

Sulfur: Sulfur is the 3rd most abundant mineral found in our body. Sulfur is vital to create protein for cells, tissue, antibodies, and enzymes. Sulfur also helps remove toxins from cells that can cause allergies, muscle pains, and stiffness.

Iron: Iron helps red blood cells send oxygen from the lungs to cells throughout the body. It then helps the red blood cells transportation of carbon dioxide waste back to the lungs to be exhaled.

Magnesium: Magnesium is essential for more than 300 biochemical reactions throughout the body. It helps maintain a steady heart beat, the production of energy, and healthy immune system. It also helps in preventing heart disease and diabetes.

Fluorine: Fluorine is one of the most active elements of the halogen group. Traces of fluorine are found in your thyroid glad, skin, bones, and as well in your teeth. It protects your teeth from decay and discourages the growth of acid forming bacteria.

Apple Cider Vinegar is also full of essential amino acids and trace minerals our bodies need so badly.

One of the greatest benefits from using apple cider vinegar is that it will promote healthy blood flow throughout your body by detoxifying your bloodstream and various organs such as your kidneys, bladder, and liver. When you take (ACV) on a daily basis it will break down and flush out the toxic poisons that are lodged within our body.

Once these toxic poisons that cause a wide verity of issues from constipation, headaches, arthritis, indigestion, heartburn, chronic fatigue and even high blood pressure, are flushed out of the body you'll noticed the difference. ACV also helps break down fatty mucous and phlem and will prevent your urine from becoming excessively alkaline.
