Nubax & Spinal Decompression for Pain

Updated on October 22, 2014

Partial vs Full Conversion To Relieve Back Pain

Discover how the NUBAX (FDA approved) & INVERSION TABLES can help your BACK PAIN. Also discover who shouldn't use them.

Before purchasing a Nubax or Inversion table, watch INVERSION for a demonstration on how Partial and Full Inversion work.

I was always stiff and sore when I got up in the morning.

After sitting for awhile, it would take me at least a minute before I could stand up straight and walk normally. After standing in one spot for awhile, my back would start to stiffen and become sore. I could forget about sitting on the couch or anything else that was soft as the pain was just too unbearable.

If you're experiencing any type of back pain & especially if you're experiencing any of the above symptoms, keep reading to find out how Spinal Decompression can help you.

Nubax For Partial Inversion

According to statistics, the people who have had the most success with Spinal Decompression are people with the following:

  • Degenerative Disc Disease
  • Bulging or Herniated Discs
  • Pinched Nerves
  • Pain in the Facet Joint
  • Back Surgery that has failed
  • Pain in the buttocks, hips
  • Numbness or tingling that extends into your arms or legs.

Spinal Decompression is just one of the things I did to relieve my unbearable back pain.

TIP OF THE DAY --- if you're trying something new, make sure there's a money back guarantee in case it doesn't work. What works for one doesn't work for everyone.

Nubax Reviews --- Good & Bad

When I purchase any type of medication, I always look at the benefits, side effects and who shouldn't use the medication. As far as I'm concerned, you shouldn't purchase any type of therapy machine without looking at the same things.

- Good at reducing lower back pain

- Gave them increased mobility.

- People with herniated discs said they were able to stand & walk for longer periods

- Helped many people to relieve their sciatica

- Customers reported fealing a good stretch in their spine and hips giving them back relief quickly

- Many had less leg pain after using the Nubax

- Gave people with chronic back pain relief

- Doesn't help relieve neck and shoulder pain

- If your forearms are long it's a bit uncomfortable

- People with an over amount of belly fat found it hard to adjust the strap

Nubax Benefits

Spinal Decompression Therapy

When the FDA approves something, you know it's not a gimmick and the FDA has approved Spinal Decompression Therapy for people with lower back pain

- Reduces the load on your spine

- Helps to reverse any nerve impairment

- Helps to mend your damaged spinal discs

- Relieves your back pain

- Relaxes your spine

- Doesn't put pressure on your ankles or knees

- Perfectly safe for those with high blood pressure and diabetes

- Has a 81% Success Rate for pain elimination

- Takes Just 3-6 Minutes Per Day

Nubax, applies negative pressure to your spine. This in turn separates the spinal discs and creates a vacuum within them. This vacuum pulls the herniated or protruding disc material back into the disc, Not only does it stimulate your blood supply, It stimulates your healing as well.

Nubax - Features

Always take a look at the product you are considering to buy. It's important to know if it will be something you'll be able to use.

Also important are things like the size and weight. Do you have room for it? Are you going to be able to move it? Read the following features for the Nubax.

- Weighs 23 lbs

- 22"H X 17"D X 31"W

- Comes with an instruction book and cd

- Has adjustable waist belt and shoudler pads

- You can regulate the amount of stretch and instantly release if needed

- Holds your shoulders and hips in the correct alignment to the spine

- Nubax Trio is lightweight, compact, & portable

- 10-15 minutes to assemble

When you feel stiff or sore, just get on your Inversion Table for a few minutes and feel your Back Pain or Stiffness melt away. It feels so good, especially first thing in the morning when most people are stiff.

Unfortunately, not every one can use Inversion Tables. Further on I'll give you a list of the people who can't. along with the Benefits & some proof that Inversion Tables work.

I choose this Inversion Table as it wasn't as expensive as some of the others and it also has three settings for PARTIAL OR FULL INVERSION. The big BONUS for me is, I DON'T HAVE TO BEND DOWN to lock in my ankles.

The best thing is once you pay for it, it'll never cost you a penny more. Unlike pills, that cost you money every month and sometimes you have to go through the trouble of asking for a refund, I don't think you'll be asking for a refund when it comes to an Inversion Table. Even better, this Inversion Table has three settings for PARTIAL OR FULL INVERSION.

Most people take one look at an Inversion Table and say, "There's no way I can do something like that." You can. It has enough safety features built into it so there's no need to worry about getting hurt. Once you try one and feel the RELIEF you'll be glad you did.

  • Restore proper alignment to the spine (A lot of back pain is caused by the hips or spine being misaligned)
  • Relieves pressure on the discs and nerve roots
  • Strengthens your muscles, joint & ligaments making them more flexible
  • Restores water to the discs to promote healing
  • Improves circulation
  • Increases blood flow

The BEST SELLING INVERSTION THERAPY TABLE on Amazon is the IRONMAN LX300 as of the time of this writing.

If your're using anti-coagulantsJust experienced a recent fracture or skeletal implantHeart or circulatory disordersThose who have Hiatal Hernia or Ventral HerniaPeople with middle ear infectionPregnantHave severe Spinal Cord injury or have had spinal surgeryOsteoporosisPink eye, Glaucoma, Retinal DetachmentHypertension or High Blood PressureHave had a Stroke

Remember --- What works for your friend might not have the same results for you. If one alternative doesn't work, get your money back & try another. Your back pain miracle is there.

I have an osteopath friend who is great with back problems - can solve even old issues with his treatment. Although I haven't had serious back problems I go to a session from time to time as it is great to have all my vertebrae in the right place :)

I think inversion tables are great :)

Kool stuff! I work in neuropathic pain! Compressed Spinal discs can result in unusual sensitization resulting in pain that shouldn't be there!! This stuff can maybe save yourself a lot of stress especially if you aren't working in an ergonomic environment.
