@anonymous: Higssy, in one word....ABSOLUTLEY! In fact, Pilates was developed by a man who did the workouts all the time and lived a long healthy time staying very fit AND strong. The concept was originally develop to help men back in war time days recover from disease and injury. What's great about Pilates is that is helps develop a strong core, balance, conditioning and flexibility. That's why so many male professional athletes are taking up Pilates for sports.

thanks for asking. As you can see Pilates for men would be an excellent form of exercise and training. :0)

@anonymous: hey there Jeff. Thanks for stopping by. Actually, there is a site online that I read about that will help you find local Pilates classes in your area. It will also help you locate anything and everything else you may be interested in related to Pilates. If you get a chance you should check it out. Just a word of warning though. It's relatively new so I'm not sure how developed it is. If it doesn't have what you're looking for, maybe check back on it to see it you can find it later. Oh, and the site is http://www.pilatespal.com
