Pineapple Sheera

  • 1 Medium Size Pineapple Peeled and Chopped

  • 1 Cup Semolina/Rawa/Suji

  • 1 Cup Ghee

  • 1 Cup Sugar Substitute

  • 1 Small Bowl of Mixed Dry Fruits (cashew, almond, pistachio, raisins). Roasted and Finely Chopped

  • A Pinch of Saffron/Kesar


  • Add ghee in a non-stick pan. Add semolina and keep stirring till it turns golden brown.

  • Add saffron and pineapple. Cook for more 2-3 minutes.

  • Put water and cover the pan. Cook for 3 minutes on a medium flame.

  • Add sugar substitute and keep on stirring until all the moisture gets evaporated.

  • Lastly, take the sheera in a serving plate and garnish with chopped dry fruits. Serve hot!
