Pressure Point Massager

Cheryl Paton practices a variety of natural health exercises; her own health has improved because of it.

The hand held pressure point massager can be used on backs, legs, arms, etc.

It can hit multiple spots at once. "Aaaaah, that felt good," is what I thought as I rolled it on my back.

This rolling massager comes in so handy. A couple of quick rolls up and down my back works wonders. I don't have to wait for an extra set of hands to get home; this takes care of the tight muscle right when I need it. It helps to rejuvenate as well.

I like it too because I can easily adjust the pressure, to just the way I like it.

Having been a massage therapist, I like trying out various massage tools. The Pressure Point Massage Roller caught my attention because of the knobby points.

There are three balls covered with approximately 3/8 inch rubber type points. The balls roll on a rod, and are centered between two handles.

The handles themselves, are cushioned, and have a nice feel to them.

I like this mini roller to massage my back and also my legs. It works best, when using two hands to hold the handles. So to massage the back of the arms for instance, it might be best to have a partner.

The points are pretty prominent, so the rolling is best done while wearing light weight clothing. At least, that has been my experience.

I've used other small roller type massagers and I have found that this one gets in a little deeper than the other ones did.

The packaging for the unit also comes with a URL for a downloadable massage guide. It is a picture guide that shows you how to hold it and the various body parts that it can be used on. It does show some holding tips for using it on the arms. It can also be used on the neck.

I like the convenience of just being able to grab a unit and do a mini massage whenever I want one. Taking care of little muscle aches or tensions when they're small, is so much easier than waiting for an appointment, or for someone else to get home.

This is an example of how to use one.

It's easy to apply the desired pressure when you are the one holding the massager. You know where you need it, and you know what your comfort level is. With a self massager, you are the one in charge.

I have found this knobby little ball a great massager for the bottom of my feet. It's neat to place the ball on the floor, and then to move my foot around on top of it.

I can place it under my foot while I'm working at the computer, and do two things at once.

I have found it good for gripping exercises with the hands, and also to massage the palms of the hands.

The little knobs provide a number of pressure points.

There are more massagers at Amazon including heated, cushions, and more.

We have one, but just like all good things it needs to be replaced. Though it was real nice on the back.
