Punchy Pineapple Juice

When it comes to fruit cakes, pineapple flavor is something that most of us go for but what about juices? How many of us like pineapple juice? Here's a quick recipe for all the pine lovers.

NOTE: 1) Make sure you get rid of all the eyes.

2) Preparing pineapple juice is easy but the peeling and chopping part may require some skills.

3) Use fresh pineapple instead of the frozen one for nutritious and yummy pine juice.


  • 1 Small Pineapple

  • 1 to 1 and ½ Cups of Water

  • 2-3 Teaspoons Sugar

  • ½ Teaspoon Black Salt (optional)

  • ½ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder (optional)

How To Prepare?

  • Carefully peel off the outer skin of the pineapple.

  • Finely chop into small pieces.

  • Put the chopped pineapple in a grinder.

  • Add sugar and chilled water. You may add ice cubes too.

  • If you want the consistency to be thick, avoid adding water.

  • Blend till smooth.

  • Strain and pour into a serving glass.

  • Sprinkle a pinch of black salt and roasted cumin powder for an Indian touch.
