One minute workout is enough to being physically and mentally fit


Doing the quick workout for only a minute has a powerful impact on the physical and mental health. it helps to lowering blood pressure, increases the mental steadiness and controlling the blood sugar level.

“in the modern life it is impossible to do workouts everyday for some peoples being very busy in business and other day to day workloads. Because of having no time for workout they became either overweight or may suffer from many mental disorders. To overcome the time consuming problem the researchers identified some quick workouts having the benefits upon the physical and mental health.”

Quick workout for only one minute can too take satisfactory changes to our health. It is claimed by the recent researchers in Canada. The researchers suggested some workouts, providing better physical and mental health only doing for 60 seconds. These all are intense or fast workouts, in which body requires to maximum amount of strength and energy.

The researchers from MC Master University at Ontario studied this. According to the researcher Martin Gibala, there were 14 men and women having high body weight included for this survey. They were suggested to do fast workout a day only for one minute. It was preferred to do only 3 times a week. a satisfactory improvements in the health of all men and women were found after 6 weeks.

1. ass grass : put up hands forwards and sit up to knees .making an angle of 90 degrees between the thie and the leg. stand up straight while rising upward and keeping hands down to touch the hips .again sit up to knees and keep hand forward, repeat the procedure again and again.

2. heel touch: stand at a place and touch the left heel by right hand and right heel by left hand with jumping.

3. pushups : touch the ground by nose, and rise upward. Keep the whole body straight .you may do this workout with laying down upon the knees.

4. heel touch 2: this workout is like pushups, body is landed in air ,after that both heels kept together and then legs opened. this procedure should be done very fast
