50 tips to self counselling , confidence improvement, motivation, self esteem and life coach
If you are reading this hub, it means that you are looking for counselling, you are thinking that you need some self help. So you are just on right page. I am planning to write 50 hubs about mental health improvement, confidence improvement. And all of my tips are so easy to do, they are not time consuming, you can do some of them under a minute, some takes little more. But these tips will give you confidence, motivation, self esteem. You can think this is a kind of life coach, but you are going to be your life coach. These tips will improve your self confident rapidly. These self help tips will help on depression. This kind of life coaching is so simple and very effective. You will change your life in seconds. And you will see it is working. Personal development should be one of the important things in your life. These tips change my life, and I am sure that they will change your life as well as mine. This kind of personal development, I mean self improvement, is very important for everybody. That is why there are many self help book in the market. When you go a book shop you will see many books self help, you will see many book on self help. Some of them about laws of success, some of them about personal growth. I have read many of them, I am sure you had also. These self help books can help you to improve individual development.
May be you heard about online self help groups. I don’t think so they work well. Since it is self help why do you need a group? This is just a personal thought, it may work for some, but I think I am better on my own.
Lets turn back to self development. It is really important to one have self respect. Some of these tips will improve your self respect as well as they will help your personality development. Now you want to help your self. I think you are in right track , you will help your self, you will be more confidence. Since some of these tips are about confidence building.
That is enough for introduction I think.
First tip: 1 minute dreaming 5 minutes thinking.
This is a good exercise. Okay let’s dream about how you see yourself in 5 years. About one minute. But you need to dream with details. Let’s give an example; if you are dreaming to be a café shop owner in 5 years, you should be dream about café shop as well. Any way this is the dreaming part so you better enjoy it for a minute. After this you will think about it like 5 minute, if you be a shop owner, how would be your day? What will you do each day? Step by step. For example will you need to negotiate with dealers? Will you need to organize your workers? Will you need to deal with legal issues? After you find some of your daily routines you need to focus on one, such as legal issues. Then you need to ask yourself, are you ready now? If you are in charge of legal things, can you manage them? So in this way you will be realising your weakness. And you will see which skills you need for your dream. I strongly advise you to write your dream and which skills you will use in that situation. And try to learn them. Step by step you will build your dream with this way.
