sleeping with an empty mind
Have you ever went to sleep any night but realized that you are actually awake with eyes closed? Some nights when you want to sleep, your mind is racing with thoughts of what happened that day or you are planning a schedule for the next day. Try emptying your mind. Sometimes singing or listening to music helps before you go to sleep. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. When it does work, you wake up refreshed and great. When it does not, your body aches and you are cranky. Just keep at it and you can have great sleep.
