Gargle with water which has alum. It is one of the best sore throat home remedies. Just warm a glass of water slightly and mix 3 grams of alum. Gargle with this water. You will feel relieved. You can also use bishop’s weed in water. Add 10 grams of bishop’s weed in 500 grams of water. Just permit it to cool after boiling it for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add 2 grams of salt in that water and gargle it. It is very helpful to remove the pain from your throat.

Pineapple juice is another sore throat home remedy. It removes the pain quickly. However take it slowly by giving a proper gap. Cayenne pepper is another useful herbal supplement. It contains vitamin A, B6, E and C. It also contains potassium as well as manganese which are very useful in this case. Just boil one glass of water and mix one teaspoon of cayenne pepper in it. Allow it to cool and drink this water at least 3 times in a day.

We usually have cider vinegar in our kitchen. It is one of the best components to remove sore throat. Cider vinegar contains potassium which is good to remove sore throat. We should mix up 2 small cups of vinegar by one small cup of honey. Now we should drink it 3 times in a day. It can be very useful for you.

Hyssop is also available to use it as sore throat home remedy. You just have to boil one cup of water and immerse 2 teaspoon of hyssop in it. Wait for minimum 20 minutes and then drink this water which is highly beneficial.

All these things can be highly advantageous. However we should drink at least 3 litres of water daily. Water is highly required and our body would not be able to work properly without it. Water helps our body to remove unwanted toxins which is necessary to get relief from a persistent sore throat.
