This "little" elliptical trainer just works your legs and core since there are no handles. You have to work on your balance too because of the lack of handles, but that's a good thing!

I have often wondered how effective these elliptical trainers are for getting a good exercise workout. It would need to be something I would want to use regularly to justify the cost.

When shopping for elliptical trainer, ask yourself why do you need it. It is no point to spend a few hundreds dollars on cheap ones if you want the best results. Whether you want to lose weight, stay fit during winter, or rebuild strength while rehabilitating, make sure the machine serves according to your purpose.

I have a really nice treadmill which I try to use regularly, but these elliptical trainers look more promising to me.
