The term "Superfoods" refers to a specialized category of natural whole foods that contain very high concentrations of nutrients, health-promoting and antioxidants. Most foods included in the super food list are calorie-sparse or low in calories and fats. These so-called superfoods have been proven by experts through numerous research and studies to help prevent and, in some cases, reverse the well-known effects of aging, as well as to reduce our risks in developing several diseases and certain cancers. Whole foods generally refer to those foods that are unprocessed or are minimally processed foods in which their nutritional profile have not been altered or intentionally modified.       Started to eating more super foods and reduce my diet in high calories and processed foods. Need to develop eating super food lifestyle. It's just amazing how whole foods can improve your overall heath and even feel more energized!
